Due to the complex nature and requirement to effectively and successfully manage the implementation process the Trust requires IP rights to retain the model, developed for the Trust.

- have provided consultancy support and the EPR Benefits and Cost Model to NHS Trusts to successfully support their EPR Options Appraisals
- provide the Trust with senior and experienced consultants
- have the experience to identify the critical success factors, risks associated with different options
- have the ability to engage with staff and teams (including clinical) from the Trust
- have the ability to lead appropriate discussions with clinicians and others (individually and in teams) to support the development of the modelling

- The Trust requires that those who submit a response have both the communication and technical skills needed to meet the deliverables of the Trust.
