Would it be possible to deliver this assignment as a fixed price contract with agreed deliverables, in that way we could bring in a mix of senior resources with appropriate experience of EPR business case development, procurement, transformation and implementation? There is a requirement to submit an all inclusive cost (incl travel and expenses). The combination of disciplines used to deliver the requirements is at the discretion of the provider.
