Questions asked by suppliers
- 1. Is this for one role or are you looking for a number of roles to fulfill this opportunity?
- I am looking for a project management service to cover a complex project across a range of different sites - it is up to providers to suggest how best that can be done. As a reference point however, a similar project in a different region had a successful outcome with a team made up of several different people.
- 2. How many sites are in scope of the rollout?
- There are 13 secure sites currently, however, ongoing prison reconfigurations may cause this number to vary slightly.
- 3. What is the size of the current programme team?
- Programme team currently stands at zero - there is no resource attached to this specific piece of work at the moment. The wider H&J team is made up of project managers and infrastructure engineers.
- 4. What is the current state of the programme?
- The programme has not started yet.
- 5. Will you consider other types of security clearance other than HMPSS?
- As a minimum we require anyone working on secure sites on behalf of NEL CSU to hold SC clearance.
- 6. How many sites in total fall in the remit of the project manager?
- There are 13 sites in scope for this project
