- Who the specialist will work with
- A multi-disciplinary agile team including UR, front-end developer, back-end developer, content designer, dev ops, infrastructure, architecture, product manager and application manager.
- What the specialist will work on

• Develop wireframes & prototypes for new Search features driven by user research
• Support evaluative research to test designs
• Design solutions for the following (not exhaustive);
o In tool collaboration
o Add new icons to cover new data types
o Accessibility improvements (tab ordering, use of colour etc)
o Enhancements to network view which allow user to better customise
o New web browser optimisation
o Integration of two search tools; one optimised for structured data the other for unstructured
• Test integration solutions with users
Work setup

- Based in Croydon with occasional travel to headquarters in central London and various stakeholder teams in the UK.
- Working arrangements
- Travel to regional sites to be agreed, expenses incurred from travel outside of the M25/Greater London will be subject to Home Office Travel and Subsistence Policy.
- Security clearance
- All staff must be SC cleared. We will ask bidders for details of key personnel, if successful the bidder will be asked for confirmation of security clearance or we will initiate clearance process.
