About the work
- Why the work is being done
- After successfully securing new business via the NHS England LPF Framework Contract, additional flexible resource is required to achieve mobilisation and transition programmes to on-board and off-board relevant services in accordance with the new contracts.

Partner required to support the programme team with the following services:
1. Supporting the Programmes Outcomes
2. Supporting Governance throughout the programme
3. Ensuring the mobilisation and transition outcomes are managed and achieved
4. Provision of subject matter expertise in the areas of:
a. Programme Management
b. Data Migration
c. Technical architecture design and deployment - Who the users are and what they need to do

• Kent and Medway Locality
• North and South London Localities - Early market engagement
- Use of the NHS England CL1 process has failed to secure the services.

Skills and experience

- Have demonstrable success in the delivery of programmes within the last 12 months, using industry programme management methodologies within the NHS ICT Sector.
- Demonstrable experience of matrix-managing a multi-disciplinary programme team within the last 24 months within the NHS ICT Sector.
- Have demonstrable experience in reporting, planning, risk, dependency, financial and change management aspects of a Programme within the last 12 months within the NHS ICT Sector
- Demonstrable expertise in the transition of programmes into a live service environment within the last 12 months within the NHS ICT Sector.
- Be able to initiate support from 7th September 2017
- Nice-to-have skills and experience
- Knowledge of the NHS England and NHS Digital Operating Models and Policies pertaining to local delivery of ICT services and Local Delivery Roadmap Programmes
