A Work History in the form of a CV will be required within 2 working days of being notified that a supplier has been down-selected.
2. Will this be assessed as inside IR35?
Off-payroll working rules (IR35) do not apply.
3. Is there a Cyber Risk Assessment?
The Cyber Risk Level is N/A.
4. Is there an incumbent supplier in the role?
There is an not an incumbent delivering this activity.
5. Would you accept a DV cleared candidate?
Yes, we would accept a candidate with a DV for this role.
6. How crucial is it that this individual needs experience in all of the essential fields?
This is a single requirement for one specialist and we are therefore looking for an exceptional specialist with a wide range of expertise to deliver outcomes required. Suppliers/candidates will need to provide one example outlining their experience in each essential area in order to meet the expectations of the tasking.
7. Would you accept an SC cleared candidate?
No, this role requires DV clearance at contract start.

No, it will not be possible to work remotely for the duration of this contract. There is an element of remote working with this role but a conservative estimate would put this at 20% (1 day per week). The role by definition is one of engagement with the Programme and Project Team, engineers, users and stakeholders, both national and international. Much of the work is also sensitive hence the DV requirement and this can only be undertaken onsite at this time.
9. Your answer on whether or not there is an incumbent in this role is not clear. Could you please clarify if there is an incumbent in this position?
There is no incumbent.
