- Why the work is being done
- to increase business rates income for the local authorities we work with.The supplier must provide accurate information of business properties in local government areas that Powys work with, that have a small business rates relief and where that relief has a risk of being inaccurate. The Supplier must also provide evidence and reports to substantiate any discrepancies identified within set timescales.

- Councils need to increase rateable values of any properties that have a small business rates relief and they are potentially inaccurate and need to be challenged and potentially amended.

- be able to provide a risk based analysis of the potential risk of error or fraud in the small business rates relief group
- be able to provide an online platform for the Council to use to view analysis with ability to download with evidence for changes

- Provide GDPR processing arrangement that is legally compliant and are acceptable to the Council

Contract length - Preference is for a 3 year with potential 2 year extension option
Available Budget - We have requested that we make payment for this contract as a % of the successful additional revenue generated. Therefore as the payment is made from additional revenue created it is not possible to provide an answer to that question.

1) a licence cost for this review - For this one we are looking for a fixed cost licence fee based on our requirements. Therefore there is no set budget as such.
