Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Information provided by Buyer how to demonstrate compliance with the controls required for a Cyber Risk profile assessed as N/A (as required in the Technical Evaluation criteria). Compliance is demonstrated by completing a Supplier Assurance questionnaire online, using the Supplier Cyber Protection Service https://supplier-cyber-protection.service.gov.uk/
When completing the questionnaire you will need to enter the ref "RAR-P3KW569T" onto the website to ensure that you are assessed against the correct requirement.
2. You have requested suppliers to complete a Supplier Assurance questioner against ref: RAR-P3KW569T. However this is showing as invalid as the reference must be for a published, non-sample RA and should not be for a Not Applicable Cyber Risk Profile. Can you please clarify if a Assurance Questionnaire must be completed and if so provide a valid reference code. The process for Supplier assurance questionnaires is not available due to the "Not Applicable" outcome. Due to the sensitivities involved, the MOD would have a preference for the contractor to hold a valid cyber essential certificate.
3. When will you be in a position to to confirm the RAR Ref? Please see response to question 2
