Differences between the mobile and desktop service Screen's currently cannot be managed from mobile devices, but mobile devices can be used as display devices.

What users can and can't do using the API Access to the API requires your organisation ID - which will be a UUID - and an API key. Both of these can be found and created within the API keys section of your account settings. You must be an admin to create API keys.

The API can be used to view and control five different types of resources: teams, screens, content, playlists, and schedules.

Guaranteed availability We commit to you that the ScreenCloud Service will have a 99.95% uptime during any monthly billing period. This means that in any given month, we guarantee that our Service won’t be down for more than about 20 minutes. If we do not meet this commitment, you will be eligible for a Service Credit.

3. Service Credits
If we are unable to meet our commitments to the Service uptime, we will apply a Service Credit equivalent to:
100% of any of the proportion of the monthly Service that is not up. For example, if the Service is down for 10% of the month and you are paying us $100/month, you would be eligible for a credit of $10.
If we do not respond to issues involving our Apps within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday 06:00-22:00 UTC/GMT):
100% of any proportion of the monthly Service fee for the time that the issues have not been responded to. For example, if the response time is 72 hours and you are paying us $100/month for a 30 day month, you would be eligible for a credit of $10.
