End-of-contract data extraction Users can download all the collected data directly through the dashboard interface or can contact Cloudzon to extract the information for them.
End-of-contract process The Cloudzon Kiana product is Software as a Service ( SaaS), contracts are yearly and renewed every year. If a customer does not want the service any more then we provide 1 month priory to deleting the data along with the entire project.

Differences between the mobile and desktop service Mobile users can see reports and dashboard content, however administrative support to configure the system, create geo-zones and alerting features may be difficult on a small screen because fine granularity is required to draw areas properly on the user maps.
