Within Zaptic all customers have access to an internal consultancy team. They are able to meet in person to create a joint plan for design, delivery & training of the solution. As part of our assured implementation consultants will help with solution design and training.

End-of-contract data extraction
All data is accessible and accountable at any time from the web portal. This can be downloaded as a CSV. Data is available for 6 months after any contract ends as well as a complete copy of the dataset is sent on contract termination as standard.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract data is returned to the client. The instance is frozen and available for data extracts only for an additional 6 months after contract termination. Limited assistance is available in data migration & support.
