Simply Zesty CMS training and consultancy details out how to use the CMS in line with best industry and platform practices. The training course is geared for nontechnical users who have no previous experience with the Kentico or Wordpress CMS and
need to learn the core capabilities and essential skills needed to manage a website and update core information. Attendees are expected to have basic computer skills that include using
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and a Web browser like Internet Explorer. There is training and support available for Administrators, Editors and Advanced Marketers.

As part of our quality and testing process we test compatibilty with a range of devices and browsers as well as with W3C AA(A) standards. We can assist with test plans for UAT. Our hosting platform is ISO27001 and we undertake regular penetration tests as well as bi-annual ISMS audits.

Our online service desk allows for submission of tickets via a password protected web interface or via email to a designated support email address. Telephone support is also available. As standard the service desk is available 0800 - 1800 normal business days. Optional 24x7x365 access to support is available.
