Support levels Managed Cloud Controls provides 3 levels of Tiered Support: Tier 1 Technical Client Support is client facing to address technical & non-technical service questions; to triage client requests, assign the appropriate level of severity, resolve where possible & escalates to Tier 2 as required.
Tier 2 Technical Support addresses technical issues escalated from Tier 1. This will be a high priority point of escalation for Severity 1 and 2 issues. This will also be the first point of escalation for alerts from service monitoring. Tier 3 Technical Support is defined as issues with 3rd party services, API’s, etc.
There is a percentage of a dedicated Technical resource as required.
There is no cost for the various support levels to maintain service stability and integrity.

End-of-contract process The contract traditionally is a 12 month engagement. We do incorporate client feedback into our roadmap planning and option moving their recommendations into production as we see fit.

We do custom development as needed and as the client is willing to pay for the expected functionality. This price varies based on hours required to complete the level of effort.
