Service constraints M.App Enterprise can be hosted on premise or on the cloud, at the customer's discretion. Thus any maintenance arrangements are to be decided with the customer. The server side software requires Windows Server operating system.

Support levels We support three support levels:

Level 1: Our support desk can be reached by email. They will try to assist the customer and if a specialist is required, they will escalate it to Level 2.

Level 2: Per product and per domain within the support team there are specialists. The specialists in level 2 can help out with questions and issues related to the core product but not on any potential customisations (if applicable).

Level 3: For support on any customisations, there is the possibility to hire in a specialist.
