How the support service works We help Buyers with the ongoing support of Cloud hosting and software services by acting as the commercial workstream that contract manages the services, as a managed service, for the Buyer. This includes ensuring the Buyer meets its obligations in the contracted services and mitigates any risk in the contract as part of contract lifecycle management for the cloud services. On-going support includes implementation and transition, in-life contract management and smooth exit of the cloud services.
