ThreatDetect is an around-the-clock monitoring and incident response service. Redscan’s Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) is operational 24/7/365.

All security alerts are assigned to a Redscan security analyst for investigation and triage within 1 hour, 24/7/365. Genuine security incidents are prioritised based on their severity and are reported to the client within 15 minutes of positive identification. Redscan's CSOC provides support to help quickly remediate all open incidents.

All support includes a Technical Account Manager, Service Manager, regular service reports, reviews and meetings.

End-of-contract data extraction
For ThreatDetect virtual or hardware on-site deployments, log data is archived on customer-owned storage devices throughout the contract, thus no extraction required.

For ThreatDetect deployments hosted by Redscan, users will have access to their data for a period of 30 days after the expiry of the contract. Data download charges may apply.
End-of-contract process
Once a contractual agreement has ended, Redscan will provide all data, confidential information, or any documentation held by Redscan which the organisation does not have a copy of in a readable format or CSV. Redscan will also ensure that it retains all records and data in accordance with applicable law.

Where required, Redscan can provide a range of exit assistance services to help the organisation to transition the service to an alternative supplier or manage the service themselves. The required assistance will be scoped and a suitable exit management plan will presented to the organisation with an estimation of the required professional services.

Redscan will always ensure that exit assistance services are performed in a professional, efficient, and orderly manner. Redscan can also provide continued support once a contractual agreement has ended up until the organisation is ready to transition these services. Additional charges will apply accordingly.

Redscan CyberOps is the threat management platform included as part of ThreatDetect. As the primary interface between Redscan’s Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) and our clients' in-house teams, CyberOps delivers notification of genuine security incidents, end-to-end remediation support and advanced security analytics.

CyberOps’ customisable dashboards enable organisations to monitor real-time changes to their cyber security status and measure key activity and performance metrics to ensure that Redscan SLAs and in-house incident response targets are being met. All CyberOps users are able to view a wide selection of widgets to see clear visualisations displaying up-to-the-minute threat information, risk level trends, alarm timelines and more.

ThreatDetect is a managed security service that monitors availability of a customer's deployment 24/7 using SNMP monitoring tools. Unplanned outages are communicated to customers via the CyberOps threat management platform, which can integrate with a customer's in-house ticketing system.
