We capture and analyse business requirements to agree key principles with the business owner. These principles inform the solution design, which may involve identification and evaluation of vendor solutions.
We typically present several options with one recommendation.
Once agreed with the business stakeholders, we would complete an end-to-end solution design including a target operating model where appropriate. The design would include security, data model, operational support, service levels, etc.
A pilot project can be arranged, or the implementation can be phased or delivered agile (incrementally) to suite the business.
