How the setup or migration service works
Ideal ensures customer’s requirements are captured and documented to provide a scope for the engagement. With this agreed, work can begin on meeting the deliverables.
This will involve completing assessment and analysis of the in-scope workloads using specific tooling to collect this data. One analysed the data will be used to build a roadmap for adoption by mapping the on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
A phase of testing will then be completed with the customer before entering post migration support. Following two weeks of post migration support, the project will be closed.
