Guaranteed availability OneLogin offers 99.9% uptime but strives to always be available.
Approach to resilience A two-tier system is used, Admin and SSO. Admin tier contains the master database (and replica) with front servers to support admin functions for account configuration. SSO tier utilizes read-only replicas of the database with front servers and is fed traffic through Elastic Load Balancers to ensure high availability.
