End-of-contract data extraction Clients have access to their information. During notice period, there is free access to download any data required. After closure, data is archived and can be retrieved by 247 Time for the client, on demand.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability The 247 Time system is available to users 24/7. However, there can be occasions where the system will be taken offline for maintenance or update. Downtime is configured during off peak hours, normally, overnight. The system in the last year was logged as available at 99.97%.

As such downtime does play a part in delivery of service.
Approach to resilience Such information is confidential and is not available for release in the public domain. We do however, have a technical brief available which outlines the standards to which we adhere.
Outage reporting It is rare that there will ever be an outage. However, there is a robust process in place to communicate system issues.

Information security policies and processes 247 Time has a robust policy for managing information and the security of such. Holding 100% accreditation by the Dept of Health underwrites such.

In addition, the 8 principles of the Data Protection Act are managed and enforced. We cannot outline the protection measures we use in the public domain. However, the common issues we encounter and resolve include; password sharing, use of 247 Time outside the UK and use of 247 Time by unauthorised 3rd parties.
