Wonde automatically delete any data that is not being processed under an active contract, within the following timescales;
Wonde hold school data for 17 days - if no application requests that data within that 17 day window, Wonde then delete that data but store it in backups. If no reinstall is requested, Wonde then permanently erase the data within a 1-7 day window
The above timescales therefore result in totals of; minimum time data is held for = 35 days, maximum = 41 days - End-of-contract process

- Wonde provides schools with a simple to use voucher administration dashboard. From the dashboard, schools can import data from their MIS. Once the data is imported, the school is able to order, pay and assign the vouchers to the end user (i.e. parent).

Refunds/credits: For Monthly Uptime Percentage less than 99.95% but equal to or greater than 99.0%, licensees will be eligible for a 10% Service Credit.
For Monthly Uptime Percentage less than 99.0%, licensees will be eligible for a 30% Service Credit.
Wonde will apply any Service Credits only against future payments for the Services otherwise due. A Service Credit will be applicable and issued only if the credit amount for the applicable monthly billing cycle is greater than one pound (£1 GBP).
