End-of-contract data extraction
Wonde automatically delete any data that is not being processed under an active contract, within the following timescales;

Wonde hold school data for 17 days - if no application requests that data within that 17 day window, Wonde then delete that data but store it in backups. If no reinstall is requested, Wonde then permanently erase the data within a 1-7 day window

The above timescales therefore result in totals of; minimum time data is held for = 35 days, maximum = 41 days
