Getting started The Skills Profiling and Matching Tool is easy to get started and administrable from the front end GUI. Online guidance is provided through the entire setup process and the application is designed to be intuitive to use.
For the back office customisations, KnowledgeKube features an extensive online learning academy, providing basic training through to advanced case study scenario-based requirements. Published on-line and accessible from any internet connected device, this is also supported by an active online community forum. Users can progress through the training courses at their own pace and in their own time Classroom training is available on request.

Users can learn how to configure and change all parts of the Skills Profiling and Matching Tool by following an online training module for KnowledgeKube.

Independence of resources The Skills Profiling and Matching Tool is built and hosted on the KnowledgeKube Platform. KnowledgeKube is hosted in a Hybrid environment taking advantage of the Microsoft Elastic Cloud technology. As such almost infinite scale is provided for and delivered automatically by the use of devops monitoring and automatic scaling of customer resource in a predictive, demand-led hosting environment.
