Service constraints Juriba Dashworks can be offered both as an on-premise and a pure cloud based IT migration and asset lifecycle project management solution. For cloud based operations, the system can run standalone with CSV data feeds, or can be linked to the infrastructure through a VPN. The Dashworks server can be hosted in AWS, Azure or any preferred hosting provider.

Support levels Juriba aims to respond to all problem tickets within 1 hour of receiving them through the support portal (http://support.juriba.com). A priority of 1 - 4 is assigned to each ticket, and a target SLA applied. Juriba's support team is available 8AM - 6PM Monday - Friday for problem resolution. Escalation is via the professional services head. The SLAs are as follows:

Getting started Juriba provides a level of implementation services with every software sale. This can range from simple training (delivered or via videos) and documentation to full project implementation services. Typically, Juriba will work with you to build a statement of work that outlines the project requirements, and provide a ROM quote for the cost and effort involved.

End-of-contract data extraction If the system is hosted purely on-cloud, a request should be raised with your account executive for a backup of the Dashworks database. This will be provided within 2 working days.
End-of-contract process Juriba Dashworks can be procured in two ways.

Option 1 - Perpetual license with maintenance and support (included Yr 1)
Option 2 - Subscription license (monthly) inclusive of maintenance and support for the term of the license

For perpetual customers, maintenance and support will be charged from year 2 onwards.

Any customisation of the product, implementation guidance or delivery will be charged as separate consultancy. There are no fees at the end of a contract.

Accessibility testing Juriba employs a part-time assistive technology test resource that tests all parts of the system to ensure compliance to the latest standards. The self-service portal receives most attention, followed by the full system interface.
What users can and can't do using the API Juriba's API is available as a web service to perform a multitude of functions with the data layer. This includes extracting information, updating data and performing actions within the application. The documentation is available by adding a '/api' to the end of the Dashworks URL. Multiple code snippets have been written and documented that enable different use cases for the API. Access to the API is provided by a role held within the system permissions.

Description of customisation Dashworks is a platform built for IT migration projects and evergreen IT asset lifeycycle management. The tool can be customised for many aspects including the data imports, project configurations, self-service portal, email communications, orchestration and workflow as well as bespoke reports and dashboards as required. Many of these elements will be customised in conjunction with a Dashworks technical product expert.

Security governance approach Juriba has a set of strict policy guidelines that all employees must adhere to. Employees are required to sign confidentiality agreements, and are verified by the PeopleCheck process. The Dashworks software is reviewed periodically against security guidelines and changes made to the code where applicable within the roadmap to maintain security compliance with the major recommendations.
Information security policies and processes All security policies are published on the Juriba intranet, and overviewed within the new joiner process. Periodic reviews of the policies are carried out with employees where they are working within a customer that requires additional security clearance. Each upgrade to the technology is fully documented and detailed changes are checked in via strict source code control management. Vulnerability management approach For cloud based services, Juriba relies upon the hosting provider (Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS) for patching of the core OS and SQL.
