Omerta IT would supply the client with appropriately skilled training staff with relevant qualifications for desired training on a cost per delegate basis. All training will be aligned to the specific needs of end user groups across the client's organisation. Training can be tailored to the clients requirements from security awareness training and cyber hygiene to technical and secure developer and devsecops training. Training can be undertaken on client's site or remotely and is designed to be interactive to simulate phishing, malware attacks and real life critical situations .This includes interactive 'live' and remote cyber esacpe rooms and live demos to develop and equip staff to identify, prevent and contain cyber attacks and data loss. Ongoing refresher courses and knowledge updates can also be provided on an continuous basis to ensure success and relevance of security training program.Full design and build of internal training processes and policies can also be provided along with reporting and metrics on how effective each type of training or campaign is and the areas of risk that need improving.
