How the support service works Leonardo’s Cloud Service Management ensures the delivery of the ITIL v3 compliant services across any clients’ single or multi-sourced ICT estate to ensure that consistent and adequate service is being provided across all cloud suppliers. This includes management of incidents, changes and problems, availability management and continual service improvement initiatives.

Support levels The Service Levels are set by client expectation at the commencement of the engagement and is documented as part of the On-Boarding process in terms of Quality Outcomes. These will be reviewed as part of the monthly review to manage the service being delivered. Leonardo will maintain a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developed alongside your team, to give an “at a glance” indication of the health of the project.

Our lead consultant will act as the focal point for client support and engagement. They will reach back to the engineering teams as resolver groups as and when required. Incident response and resolution times can be tailored to the clients business needs. Typical incident response times would be less than 4hrs.
