Firstly, we will fully understand the business need and then tailor the implementation process.
Once we take into consideration the client's business needs and the cloud biggest advantages - High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Scalability) we will start a Proof of Concept to ensure we have it smooth, seamless and with no or minimum downtime to the client .
For AIP we work with organisations who have ideally O365 Enterprise addition or a mix of O365 and Exchange online. For those with these environments we provide a 2 phased approach.
The first is a POC with a selected number of users or a single department. The proof of concept both shows how AIP will work inside the organisation and during that process we will also understand the organisation's email and document security needs better and the whether we are looking at a simpler implementation that covers the key issues of GDPR privacy across the organisation or whether in addition there are different security profiles needed departmentally which would increase the time of the full roll out.
