End-of-contract data extraction Data retention period is 3 years as standard. After 3 years retained at client's request.

Data can be extracted directly from the tool at any time. This is as .CSV format for parsed/calculated data and also in the original RAW data format.
End-of-contract process The user is able to extract their own data at any point, so there is no requriement for any action at the end of the contract. If necessary we can assist with a data export and provide a file before removing access to the system.
