Configuration and change management approach Solutions are customer configured and managed, through either an IaaS or PaaS architecture. As such, change management is mostly an artifact of the customers own processes. Customers that are installing Profisee do so via a utility, which configures databases and services per their specifications. From that point, their applications are configured via the Studio administration client. Profisee provides facilities for migration/deployment of the solution between dev/test/prod environments. When new releases of the software are available, customers can choose whether to take that new release, and if they do, the upgrade process is driven via the same installation utility outlined above.
