End-of-contract data extraction Under OFCOM regulations the users can request the transfer of their SIM number. We complete this within 24 hours.
End-of-contract process At the end of the contract the user(s) will request the cessation of the service. Depending on the date of the creation of the service will depend on when the contract can be terminated. If the user is out of contract or at the end then the service will be ceased and the number(s) can be transferred to another provider.

Description of accessibility The OwnFone and Footprint devices enable the elderly and those who need assistance the freedom and independence to communicate effectively. The devices can give local authority and healthcare organisations the tools to care for the elderly and vulnerable in their own homes or assisted locations and still provide care.

There was a great deal of research and development at the outset of this process to the user interface intuitive and uses bespoke colour sets. This is dependant on the technology deployed at the location, the number of existing connections and the owner of the tower that you are connected to. The network will try and establish a connection to another location should the location you are connected to become congested.
