End-of-contract process In the event a customer terminates the contract the service will be terminated. However, on request, customer data can be extracted and transferred before being erased from the system. Description of customisation Menntor is a platform that allows users to create web apps for business processes (Process Partners) or training courses (Extended Learning). All content within the apps can be customised to suit the specific requirements. The tool (Menntor Mapping) allows non technical users to rapidly create HTML forms to be included in their app as well as a simple to use app building system that contains extensive help and wizard functions.
