Train-the-trainer training is provided as part of the onboarding project, and easy access to online documentation with ad hoc support.

Approach to resilience Digizuite Managed Cloud uses Azure Back-up, (30 days default retention) health monitoring and maintenance.

Options are available depending upon customer requirements, for high availability, Disaster Recovery, hot standby and restore from backups. Costs can be provided.
