CDS supports onboarding with discovery, audit, process design, user experience, configuration, technical integration.

Train-the-trainer training is provided as part of the onboarding project, and easy access to online documentation with ad hoc support.

All Digizuite™ modules and connectors including the presentation layer is using the Digizuite™ API to connect with the DAM Center. So everything you can do in our products (Media Manager, DAM for Episerver/Sitecore etc.) can be achieved through the API.

Admins and/or supers users are trained to perform day to day customizations (metadata fields & values, user groups, etc.) and your preferred partner can be trained to perform configuration of the system. No custom code is needed as the system is highly configurable and the API allows for additions.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
For Digizuite Managed Cloud, 99,9% uptime is guaranteed, however no service credits are provided.
Approach to resilience
Digizuite Managed Cloud uses Azure Back-up, (30 days default retention) health monitoring and maintenance.

Options are available depending upon customer requirements, for high availability, Disaster Recovery, hot standby and restore from backups. Costs can be provided.
