Support levels We provide a Support & Maintenance Service, which includes: email, phone and remote access support from our Bristol based offices, Mon-Fri, 9-5.30pm . Support is provided by our trained technical support team. - Installation services are carried out by our Technical Consultants, who hand over to the support team following planning, install and configuration to suit your organisations needs. Where subsequent on site support is needed this would be quoted as needed on a day rate basis. Your customer account manager will work closely with Support to help and advise following initial technical installation and set up. In addition, the vendor provides out of UK hours support via email Monday-Friday.

Getting started We aim to make the process as simple as possible, and the team will support you every step of the way. Service initiation includes a kick off conference call with team. The HubStor service will then be provisioned for either your Azure or HubStor's tenant. We will provide assistance with provisioning the Azure storage. Once everything is up and running, we provide practical support with configuring and deploying. We can also offer additional workshops specific to your needs- Governance, Legal Hold, Policy management, if required.

End-of-contract data extraction HubStor provides native tools to ensure you can extract your data in bulk. - The data when output has it's original look and feel (metadata etc) - The data can be output to different locations- Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, PST, file path
End-of-contract process The only cost at the end of the contract is the Azure egress cost associated with extracting all information from the HubStor tenant. The cancellation process is straightforward and simple; notify us by email when you want to terminate the service, and we'll work with you to cancel the contract, ensure you extract the data as needed, and answer any questions along the way.
