End-of-contract data extraction Standard reports are available for users to extract their master data and transaction data. Additional services are available to provide consultancy support and advice if required.
End-of-contract process Prior to the end of the contract, we work with customers to agree what they wish to do upon termination. Essentially customers can either renew the service if the cost is mutually agreeable, or agree to let the contract lapse - in the latter case we would advise the customer to extract their data prior to contract termination. Customers can extract their own data before the end of the contract at no additional cost. Data extraction services and associated advice are available at additional cost.
