Firstly, a detailed migration plan and approach is defined, based on best practices with the buyer. We utilize tools to help with the analysis and provide an accurate assessment of the effort and anticipated complexity and timeline. The Realization phase focuses on completion of the enablement and required documents as the basis to capture the design and settings needed to configure and 'realise' the solution.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
All of our projects include a continual element of quality assurance and performance testing. We can also provide these as discrete services. The customer can review and refine any configurations built in a test environment. This includes administration knowledge transfer. Process understanding and training will be facilitated by the Supplier as early as possible so that the Buyer is in a position to lead elements of testing (mainly UAT) and training end users during the Final preparation phase. Solution testing will then be required during which the Supplier will facilitate and initially confirm knowledge transfer of the solution usage and effectiveness of testing to the Buyer. A generic testing approach will be provided by the Supplier to enable user acceptance testing (UAT). Once satisfactory testing has been completed, the Buyer will be required to validate that the test system meets its requirements and is ready to be moved to a Production realm.
