UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) unattended Robot

UiPath's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform allows government (local, central and agencies) to rapidly automate much of the manual processing activities currently carried out by staff without changing the underlying technologies or the processes. The software robots mimic human work at a hugely reduced cost. Cloud or On-Premise Install.

Features

  • Robotic Process Automation
  • Cloud based
  • Fully automated self sustaining robotic instance.
  • Deployed against a chronological schedule.
  • Available via UiPath Orchestrator for add-hoc processing
  • Requires no human intervention, runs as an when necessary
  • Provisioned on Orchestrator from physical or virtual infrastructure
  • They can be scheduled to self-start and run efficiently
  • Access them remotely, scheduling, workload management, reporting, auditing
  • All securely centralized on a physical or virtual environment

Benefits

  • Exceptional Intelligent Robotic Processing.
  • Cost reduction (hundreds of percent in ROI in year one)
  • Efficiency gains (operate 24 hours a day and without error)
  • Compliance (every action taken by the robots is auditable)
  • Single view of the citizen (massively improving customer experience)
  • Industry leader for SAP, Citrix, and Mainframe processes
  • Scalability (new robots can be created in seconds)
  • Low infrastructure costs (multiple robots on a single virtual machine)
  • Data analytics built in (allowing predictive proactive actions)
  • Deals with semi and unstructured data (automate more processes)

Service scope

Service scope
Software add-on or extension Yes, but can also be used as a standalone service
What software services is the service an extension to Robotic Process Automation can be seen as an extension to your existing software infrastructure, we can add additional elements such as Optical Character Reading, IBM ODM or Microsoft AI. We also add a cloud container option that enables Government to buy a Robot as a Service from us.
Cloud deployment model Hybrid cloud
Service constraints There are no constraints. RPA can be used in every department/agency and across all service lines. The robots are perfect anywhere where you have people manually transferring information through or between IT systems.

We can also use OCR to enable the enquiry upon 'closed infrastructures' such Terminal Servers (Citrix, Remote Desktop), where access to the underlying systems is restricted.

We can provision the service on-premise and or as a Robot as a Service on Cloud. You may have a preferred cloud provider, we can work with them to containerise the Robotic instance and deploy in days.
System requirements
  • RPA as a Service has no system restrictions
  • On Premise Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for server
  • On Premise SQL Server 2008 Standard Edition SP1
  • On Premise Windows7 for Desktop with .Net Framework4.5
