Support levels Support is available via dedicated telephone number, email, or online portal. Our support team is located in Bradford, UK, with 40 staff providing live support which can be carried out via screen sharing technologies. The support and maintenance cost is included within the 'per user per month' software licensing model. Every client has access to a relationship manager for the duration of your relationship with us.

End-of-contract data extraction Data can be exported using the in-built system tools within our Proclaim solution. We can also assist with this if required.
End-of-contract process At the end of the contract, a client can renew, or enter a rolling monthly contract, or can terminate at no cost. We do not retain client data, it is available for them to migrate to another system / service.
