PPM Support Service; this service is intended for organisations that may not have internal resource to administer Microsoft PPM solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Project Online, Project for the Web, Roadmap, Project Operations and Planner. This support service provides support to ALL end users and wider non-technical PPM support to help increase the organisations PPM Maturity.
3rd Line Support; this service is intended for organisations that have internal administrators who can provide 1st and 2nd line support with no further requirements.
