Support levels All issues are logged as cases on our Global Support System (web portal) where the priority is set by the customer (Red, Amber, Green) as per the definitions defined in the agreement.
Once the call is received, the priority is agreed and the detail checked whether the issue is within scope of the support agreement if agreed the case is assigned to a support consultant.

The SLA will then be set as per the agreement and the consultants on duty will progress the call within the SLA’s required.

Support levels can be built to specifically match a customer's requirement however most organisations chose from a range of standard packages available based on the software license RRP including:
- Essential support - 6% pa
- Advantage Support - 12% pa
- Premier Support - 16% pa
