How the planning service works
Our team of designers, developers and consultants collaborate closely with our clients to establish the requirements on any given project. We use a mix of different techniques to immerse ourselves in each organisation; to understand your USPs, processes, markets and user needs. This will typically result in a series of recommendations, user journeys, wireframes, specifications, and a project plan. Depending on budgets and deadlines, we can agree a phased approach if required.

We then begin to visualise, develop and integrate the final product. Depending on the project's needs, we may prototype and release the solution so it can be user experience tested and refactored. When the project is closer to completion, it will undergo a rigorous testing and quality assurance process before final sign-off and launch to a production environment.
