This support is provided throughout the duration of our service provision and is typically available during working hours (Monday to Friday). High quality Early Life Support (“floorwalkers”), 1st and 2nd line deskside support and Tech Bar support - focused on service-driven user interaction and rapid resolution - can be provided during migration and deployment activities, including outside regular working hours. A client specific support dashboard is provided during these activities, along with continual feedback and knowledge transfer to your BAU Service Desk and Live Service support function.
