How the setup or migration service works We develop a detailed transformation roadmap for our clients which defines key activities, resources, work packages, milestones and work streams. This is supported by governance and quality assurance processes, which provide a logical and controlled path towards the target cloud solution. Throughout migration we carefully manage application and system dependencies, data security, data integrity, business continuity, resilience and operational risk to ensure as seamless a transition as possible. How the quality assurance and performance testing works Through the transformation process, we focus on ensuring that systems are rigorously tested prior to deployment into production, though the development of detailed test cases, test scripts, selection of test data and application of testing methodology. In conjunction with the business, we define performance SLAs commensurate with business criticality classification and RTO/RPO requirements. We conduct performance, capacity and resilience testing utilising load generation tools, data modelling and stress testing services.
