Service constraints There is no recurring maintenance window. If there is maintenance required, the system keeps working as usual. Customers do not even see the update was done. If the change is bigger and a maintenance window is announced, the most appropriate time can be chosen to minimise disruption.

Support levels We support three support levels:

Level 1: Our support desk can be reached by email. They will try to assist the customer and if a specialist is required, they will escalate it to Level 2.

Level 2: Per product and per domain within the support team there are specialists. The specialists in level 2 can help out with questions and issues related to the core product but not on any potential customisations (if applicable).

Level 3: For support on any of the customisations, there is the possibility to hire in a specialist.
