Cloud Application Manager offers two levels of support: Platform Advisory Support or Managed Services Anywhere. With Platform Advisory Support, customers are primarily self-service, with limited features, but still have access to a designated Technical Account Manager for light advice and recommendations. All technology within the environment is treated as advisory only; CenturyLink does not perform or execute any tasks on behalf of the Customer. The Managed Services Anywhere support tier provides a complete management experience for hybrid IT environments and provide customers with the full Cloud Application Manager feature set.
