End-of-contract data extraction Full application database backup is completed in SQL Server and provided to the client prior to official termination.
End-of-contract process Licensing works strictly on annual basis. During the final 6 months of the term of the contract, the parties agree to establish the renewal, extension or discontinuation.

If client chooses to discontinue, uninstalling procedures will ensue. With Kepion, clients have governance over their data and are able to claim ownership after contract expires.

Information security policies and processes An Information Security Management Program has been established to enable Microsoft Azure to maintain and improve its management system for information security. Through establishment of the ISMS, Azure plans for and manages protection of its assets to acceptable security levels based on defined risk management processes.
