Our Innovation Management Services enable organisations to implement and establish cloud-based innovations. We support Public Sector organisations to identify, pilot and scale new solutions in an incremental, evidence-based way.
Our approach is collaborative and highly engaged, we follow a robust 7-Stage methodology which is scalable across any sized project and organisation. A detailed view of our approach and methodology can be found in our Service Definition document. We always adopt best practice and our desire is to work with your existing team in a blended approach, building their skills and capability in order to ensure, when we exit, we have transferred our knowledge to support their future projects.
We always undertake an initial Information Gathering exercise, ahead of the Project Kick-Off which may require relevant material and documentation being shared in with our Assignment Lead. Our Assignment Lead will be supported by a team of suitable size, experience and capability of which will be experts and well experienced in their field.
The Clarity Practice have designed an innovative and unique framework which all our engagements are evaluated against, providing measurable confidence and success throughout the programme.
