Capgemini’s focus is on building a roadmap to transition to Oracle cloud by addressing agreed key challenges and concerns with the Buyer. Capgemini can engage the Buyer in up to a 4 week planning exercise, during which Capgemini can assess their existing technology landscape, identify issues, prioritise business requirements, and understand budget constraints to come out with a set of deliverables, which can typically include Business Design, Cloud Strategy and Cloud Roadmap. These deliverables can help the Buyer understand the risks of cloud migration; can provide them with a list of Oracle Cloud Software As A Service (SaaS), Platform As A Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure As A Service (IaaS) Cloud services which are selected as per their business requirements; provides them with high level strategy documents on business intelligence, data migration, integration and extensions, if needed. Capgemini can provide high level rough-order-of-magnitude costs and an implementation plan for the preferred option for cloud adoption.
