Work with your organisation to understand how to best align your corporate strategy with your digital vision. Consider the goals and objectives as input to the business model analysis and design with a key focus on innovation and differentiation.

Through applying proven programme shaping techniques we identify business priorities then agree tranches of transformation that will maximise benefit for the customer and organisation.

Mapping these across the architectural models to ensure scope and stakeholder impact is clearly understand. Communication and stakeholder engagement is a critical success factor at this stage.

With a customer first approach to our digital design we consider the AS-IS customer journeys and look to augment the CX and operating model to best satisfy the customer's needs whilst further exploiting existing cloud investments to improve operational efficiencies.

Technology and process impact assessments are completed to understand complexity against value which leads into the prioritisation workshops. At these Digital Thinking workshops then stakeholders actively participate in the prioritisation and shaping of the product backlog.

Finally the programme roadmap, with its milestones and dependancies, is signed off before moving into the agile delivery cycles of rapid prototype and design.
