How the support service works
Under our related managed service products, also listed in G-Cloud, we offer support for both hosting and software. These services include Managed AWS, Managed Azure, Managed GCP, Managed Database and Managed Office 365. Services are supported by Jisc's in-house team of cloud support engineers, backed up by specialist subject matter experts covering fields such as networks, security and applications.

Service constraints
The Cloud Migration service is a project management service that includes technical design and migration implementation. The service provides a one-off migration and does not include support for on-going transformation activities on the target cloud hosting service platform. The service normally excludes visits to customer sites, including the attendance at project reviews. If required, attendance will be subject to prior agreement with any expenses incurred charged additionally.

We provide a service desk for our managed services customers but this is treated as a fall-back method of contacting us for this service. The response time indicated above (8 hours) is for a response from your nominated Cloud Consultant or Solutions Architect.
