We have 3 different levels of support, depending on severity.
Level 1 - Critical business impact:
For Severity Level 1 problems, we will begin work on the problem within one hour of notification and handle as the highest priority until the customer is given a fix or workaround. Customers resources must
be made available in Severity Level 1 situations and reasonably cooperate to help resolve the issue.
Level 2 - Significant Business Impact:
Important product features are unavailable with no acceptable workaround. Customer's implementation or production use of
software's products in a primary business service, major applications, or mission critical systems are functioning with limited capabilities or are unstable with periodic interruptions. The software may be operating but is severely restricted.
Level3 - Minimal Business Impact:
Product features are unavailable but a workaround exists and the majority of software functions are still useable. Minor function/feature failure that the customer can easily circumvent or avoid. Customer's work has minor loss of operational functionality.
All accounts are provided with an account manager.

Onboarding and offboarding
DataHub is an easy to use and intuitive application. However, we offer the following to new customers;
- Onsite training, as well as user documentation.
- Online training together with user documentation.
|End-of-contract data extraction||We do not store transactional data. However, data provided at registration stage is deleted at the end of a contract, which users can extract by exporting all required information to a csv, excel, or to any database of their choice.|

This automated process assesses our application for vulnerabilities and weaknesses. It performs a web application vulnerability scanning to discover any web application vulnerabilities
We perform a penetration test to exploit weaknesses and vulnerabilities within our software using both automated and manual testing.
We perform Vulnerability assessment to include vulnerability scanning as well as vulnerabilities not particular to technology such as policies, processes and standards.
Patches are deployed within 1 hour of identification of a threat.
