Matrix Booking will work with customers to set up the support process during the implementation process. 1st Level support is provided by the customer help desk or service desk. Keytree provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the application.
Client service desks have access to the Keytree Global Service Management desk via the support portal. A 24-hour emergency phone line is also available for Priority 1 issues.
All standard support for Matrix Booking is free of charge as it is covered in the subscription costs.

Onboarding and offboarding
Keytree have a team of consultants dedicated to enabling on-boarding customers onto the Matrix Detect service covering all aspects of the setup, Sensor selection, installation, configuration and integration where required.
Customers can be up and running on the platforms within a day. The sensors come with semi-permanent fixtures so they are secure but simple to move if customers wish to analyse a different area of the building.
The Matrix team will offer professional advice and technical assistance including:

Matrix Booking's API is used for bespoke applications and developments, rather than for general usage.
The API is open but is not published at this time. The Matrix Detect API allows third party sensor systems to integrate via RESTful API calls and Json. A shared mapping table allows 3rd party sensor data to be used within the core Matrix Booking application.

Matrix Detect is an open integration platform for IoT device feeds.
Users can choose the types of data feeds and the hierarchy structure they wish to report on.
Customisation is limited to the administration users.
The ability to customise the platform will depend on the type of sensor chosen. For standard PIR sensors the users can configure a variety of thresholds which drive the analytics engine.

Availability and resilience

|Approach to resilience||Matrix Booking operates on the SAP Cloud Platform, hosted in SAP’s security certified data centres. The data is stored in Germany with a backup stored in The Netherlands. The information security processes have been examined and Keytree hold a ISO27001 certification.|
