Getting started We approach the onboarding process with an initial phase of discovery, to familiarise ourselves with your systems, strategies and business objectives, followed by a full technical analysis of your Umbraco CMS, Sitecore CMS or Dynamics CRM. For existing systems support our discovery sessions consist of a review of your systems, strategies, people and objectives. Our technical review will cover architecture, performance and security and will include a detailed report outlining findings with prioritised recommendations. For new deployments a robust phase of discovery is conducted that results in a detailed project requirement document and defined scope before engaging with us on the full project process.

End-of-contract process All of our technology solutions are supplier agnostic. Umbraco is supported by large and strong partner ecosystem. Any suitable Partner will have the capability to assume ongoing support and development responsibility for these technology solutions.
Full ownership of the solution sits with the client along with any IP. Wattle are fully committed to helping clients make the transition to a new supplier as easy as possible and we both contract a handover commitment and ensure that we make time available to perform extensive handovers.
